Expression and purification of the A. funestus fSG6. The recombinant fSG6 was expressed in E. coli Bl21(DE3)RIL cells. SDS-PAGE analysis of protein fractions from uninduced (un) and induced (ind) cells are shown on the left panel. Protein fractions obtained after His-Trap affinity chromatography (aff) were pooled, further purified by ion exchange chromatography (iex) and analysed by SDS-PAGE (right panels).
