Activation of NF-κB p65 in the PBMCs of malaria patients determined by ELISA. (A) Total NF-κB level in the PBMCs of malaria patients (n = 5 for each group). No difference in total-NF-κB p65 level was observed in PBMCs of all malaria patient groups, p > 0.05 compared with healthy controls (Student t-test).
