Dose–response relationship in individual samples from semi-immune donors. A set of 40 paired Day 0 (left panel) and Day 84 (right panel) sera from the same semi-immune population as in Figure 2. Dose-dependent responses can be seen for both the mean fluorescence intensity (MFI, upper panel) and percentage of positive fluorescent cell (PPFC, lower panel).
