Pregnancy was included as a categorical covariate and the solid black zero-line represents no covariate effect and the dotted black lines represent a covariate effect of ±20%. MTT is the mean transit time, Vc/F, Vp1/F and Vp2/F is the apparent volume of the central compartment, the first peripheral compartment and the second peripheral compartment respectively. CL/F is the apparent elimination clearance and Q1/F and Q2/F is the apparent inter-compartmental clearances.
