Immunofluorescence analysis of the PF13_0006 expression in fixed permeablized late stage gametocytes. Gametocytes of the P. falciparum 3D7 line at day 7 stage IV (first row), day 12 stage V (second row), and day 15 stage V (third row) were stained with anti-PF13_0006 IgG (green) and anti-Pfs230 Ab (red). As a control, gametocytes at day 15 stage V (fourth row) were also stained with control IgG (green) and anti-Pfs230 Ab (red). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
