MSP1 protein expression is increased in KN-62 treated P. berghei iRBC. Each lane is loaded with 10 ÎĽg total cell lysate prepared from freshly harvested parasites. Blots were probed with monoclonal antibody mAb25.1 (1:1000); Anti-actin antibody (1:5000) was used as a control for protein loading.
