CART was performed using serological categories of increase as the outcome. - = individuals who remained negative or reduced a serological category (blue), + = individuals who remained in the same positive category (red), ++ = individuals who increased a serological category (green), +++ = individuals who increased two or more serological categories (purple). Graph bars highlight breakdown of categories in each node.
