Classification of G6PD values was possible at all temperatures, with 10°C showing the least variation Results repeated 3× in duplicate (p > 0.05). b) Colouration development in reagents only, following 2 hr incubation outdoors (exposure to sunlight), and indoors (exposure to scattered light). Aberrant colouration measured at the same wavelength as the G6PD assay (OD 450 nm) was detected.
