Repeat allelic type (RAT) frequency of the circumsporozoite central repeats vk210. A) The 23 Latin American (LA) sequences present seven different RATs; three were exclusive. B) The 30 sequences from outside LA (OA) parasites present 17 RATs and 13 were exclusive.
