  2. Row X shows whether a block had been described previously as conserved (c), including repetitive motifs (r), variable (v) or semi-conserved (sc). The positions of the blocks are described in the last two columns after aligning P. falciparum (X05624.2) and P. gallinaceum (AJ809338.1).
