API = Annual Parasite Incidence, ∑ of slides = number of examined slides, Id = indigenous cases, im = import cases, rlp = relapse cases, Pf = Plasmodium falciparum, Pv = Plasmodium vivax, mix = mixed species of P. falciparum and Plasmodium vivax, KP = Kulon Progo District.
