  1. The results of dissections from the mosquitoes groups shown in Figure 1A and B. The oocyst counts are from 10 mosquitoes on day 7, and the sporozoite grading in the salivary glands from 10 mosquitoes on day 14. The mosquitoes fed on the high parasitaemia day produced more oocysts (P < 0.0001, Mann-Whitney U test), and sporozoites (P = 0.018, Mann-Whitney U test).
