  1. Regression coefficient (Coef), the 95% confidence interval (95% CI) and p-values based on robust regression model were generated. This analysis was used to asses association between gametocyte density, which is a continuous outcome and the outcomes of several variables as shown. Variables with and without body temp, which has been speculated to affect gametocyte density were separated in the analysis.
