Semi-quantitative RT-PCR of tubulin, pJunB, EST cJun (AI175959), IkappaB and GADD153 mRNA from DMSO or mefloquine-treated NG108 rat neuronal cell cultures. cDNA was synthesized using oligo-(dT) primers and amplified using gene specific primers. Results are expressed relative to mean optical density for DMSO samples for each gene. (* P value < 0.05, two-sided paired t-test, df = 7).
