The results are expressed in ELISA units and the values are represented as the log 10 values of the concentration of each IgG subclass. The boxes represent the values between the 25% to the 75% quartile and the line indicates the median. The whiskers indicate the 10% and the 90% quartile. Statistical analysis done by unpaired t-test. * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.0001.
