  1. Characteristic parameters of the Individual-Based Model that best reproduce the experimental observations. The values for the parameters p inf (1), p inf (2) and p fall were set through the optimization of the likelihood of the model outcome to experimental data. Significance of the obtained results was assessed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnoff (KS) test; the presented values show the probability of obtaining better results with the null hypothesis.
