Single and multiple P. falciparum isolate-infected blood samples, from seven provinces in Thailand, detected by PCR amplification of the12 polymorphic nuclear microsatellite markers.
n = number of collected isolates; n* = number of isolates successfully genotyped at all 12 microsatellite loci; The number of single¹ and multiple² (%) infected patient samples where multiple infected exhibit at least more than one allele at one locus.
