Protein expression of GIMAP4 and GIMAP8 in FACS-sorted populations of mouse and rat lymphocytes. Expression of GIMAP4 and GIMAP8 by mouse and rat lymphocytes was compared using the anti-GIMAP4 mAb MAC417 and rabbit anti-rat GIMAP8 polyclonal antiserum (both being species-crossreactive reagents) by Western blotting. Lymphocytes from lymph node and spleen were flow-sorted into T and B cells and CD4+ and CD8+ T cell populations (95 – 99.8% purity). The equivalent of 1 × 106 lysed cells was loaded per lane. The blots were stripped and stained with monoclonal anti-actin antibody as a loading control.
