The prevalence of positive responders for IgG, IgG1, and IgG3 antibodies for each age group is shown in the Figure. In the different age groups, no significant difference was observed in the prevalence of responders to PfAMA-1 and PfMSP-119 antigens for IgG, IgG1, and IgG3 (P > 0.05, X 2 test).
