From: Antigenicity and immunogenicity of PvRALP1, a novel Plasmodium vivax rhoptry neck protein
Total IgG antibody responses to PvRALP1-Ecto and PvRALP1-Tr assessed protein microarrays. Immunoreactivity of total IgG against each antigen was determined with the sera of malaria patients (Patients) and healthy individuals (Healthy) from the Republic of Korea. High specificity of responses and significant differences between P. vivax patients and healthy individuals were observed in the prevalence of total IgG specific for the two PvRALP1 antigens (p < 0.0001).
