Correlations between specific IgG levels in the mothers’ peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood and blood of M3-infants. Anti-gSG6-P1 IgG individual levels (black points) in the mothers’ peripheral blood (MPB) are correlated to those detected in the infants’ umbilical cord (IUCB; Figure 2a) and in the M3-infants’ blood (Figure 2c). Specific IgG in the IUCB are correlated to those in M3-infant blood (Figure 2b). The black solid line indicates the correlation line. The significance of the linear association between two compared parameters is indicated (Spearman correlation method).
