Each LDR consists of three primers per SNP: two allele specific primers with anti-TAGs (small letters) matching the TAG sequence on the microsphere (Luminex xTAG microsphere number shown here) and one common primer marked with phosphate (PHOS) at the 5′ end and biotin (BIO) at the 3′ end.
