The red and black lines represent the mean and median, respectively, for each distribution. No significant difference in fragment-based drug-likeness index was observed between CRAD and sub-groups of NAA in panel a. The sub-groups of NAA: HA, A and MA showed mean QED values that were significantly lower than that of CRAD (see p values inserted in graph)
