Western blotting analysis of anti-PfCyRPA mAbs. Anti-PfCyRPA mAbs were tested by western-blotting analysis on a recombinant G-CyRPA and b N-CyRPA (both sample were analysed under reducing conditions). Anti-PfCyRPA mAbs were also tested on P. falciparum 3D7 schizont-stage parasites under non-reducing (c) and reducing conditions (d).
