Normalized dose–response curve for the in vitro susceptibility of Plasmodium falciparum to 17A and 21A. The in vitro anti-malarial effect of 17A and 21A was measured using HRP-II ELISA of drug treated P. falciparum strains. a 17A against W2, b 21A against W2, c 21A against MRA-1236, d 21A against MRA-1240, and e 21A against 3D7. IC50 values were calculated from the dose–response curve using Graphpad Prism 6. The experiment was performed in duplicate wells. The mean OD 450 nm and the standard error of the mean (SEM) of duplicate wells and is shown. Each graph is a representative of three independent experiments
