Change in antibody levels with age. Ab levels were measured for 132 individuals aged 5 to 80+ years. Horizontal lines indicate the median for each group. Since only pregnant women produce Ab to FV2, only women over 16 years of age had Ab to this antigen (Ab positive women are located within the square).
