Effect of SKM13 against chloroquine-resistant strain P. berghei in a 4-day suppression test. Plasmodium berghei (NAT) parasites (107/mouse) were injected via the i.p. route in mice (n = 7) and after 1 day, drugs were administered in the mouse vein for four consecutive days.
