Map of study districts. The study was conducted in two surveys in the northwestern part of Ethiopia around the Lake Tana and Blue Nile river basin. Children from five elementary schools (Andassa, Yinessa, Ahuri, Yeboden and Jawi) were studied in the first survey in June 2015.
