  1. CSP titre ratios of group geometric mean antibody titre for mice (n = 7) and rhesus (n = 5) 2–3 weeks after each immunization. ELISA was run against FL, NANP, and C-terminus plate antigens. Significant differences between log-transformed CSP and Qβ-CSP titres at each time point for each plate antigen was determined by two-tailed t test, denoted by * (P < 0.05), ** (P < 0.01), *** (P < 0.001) or **** (P < 0.0001)
