The human is derived from a complex x-ray structure (PDB 2VCI [29]) and the Plasmodium is a docking of the Hsp90 inhibitor in the x-ray structure (PDB 3K60 [36]). The NVP-AUY922 is depicted on the left with a highlighted position that can be modified to take advantage of the differences in the pocket
