Panel A (ITN ownership) represents the proportion of households owning at least 1 ITN, owning 1 ITN for 2 household members and the proportion of individuals with access to an IT. Panel B (ITN use) represents the proportion of people who slept under an ITN the night before the survey for the whole population, among children under five years old and among pregnant women. Panel C (gap indicators) represents the proportion of household onwing at least 1 ITN, but less than 1 for every 2 household members (intraownership gap), and the proportion of people having access to an ITN but who did not use it the night before the survey (behavioural gap). All indicators are plotted for the 2003, 2006, 2010 and 2014 surveys, along with their 95% confidence interval
