Molecules included in the study organized in biosynthetic pathways of oxylipins in humans and coloured according to main types of enzymes involved in their synthesis from fatty acid precursors: CYP (green), COX (red) and LOX (yellow); in white compounds that were not analysed in this project; AA arachidonic acid, LA linoleic acid, DHA docosahexaenoic acid, EPA eicosapentaenoic acid, GLA gamma-linolenic acid. For the simplicity of the visualization not all reactions were included in the picture. With colour background are marked compounds analysed within this study.
