The posterior probability is shown as the denominator on the branches. When the Bayesian major consensus tree was congruent with the constructed maximum-likelihood approach implemented in MEGA v6, the bootstrap support is shown as the nominator. GenBank accession numbers are noted behind the lineage names. The colours mark the different parasite genera the lineages belong to (orange: Leucocytozoon, green: Haemoproteus, blue: Plasmodium)
