Stage specific activity of the ethanolic extracts of P. latifolia and P. huberi. The figure shows the inhibitory concentration 50 found for each ethanolic extract from 2 to 3 independent assays. Seven serial concentrations were used, for P. latifolia it started at 10 µg/mL and for P. huberi it started at 0.5 µg/mL.
