This approach had two strands, the first being a quantitative survey of 307 households, and the second arm being Focus Group Discussions with selected members. New themes and concepts were generated during the first stage analysis, after which there was data weaving and inferencing using information from the two strands to generate a comprehensive understanding from the perspective of the respondents
