  1. Temporal differentiation of PfRh2b polymorphism in Thiès and Western Gambia populations. Fst value was calculated to assess the extent of temporal variation in the frequencies of PfRh2b alleles in both areas. The overall estimated value of Fst from 2007 to 2013 in Thiès was 0.09. In Western Gambia the Fst value from 1984 to 2013 was 0.057
