Bar indicates the mean value, the grey dot line indicates the cut-off value of seropositivity and the blue dot lines represent the ΔODgSG6-P1 mean ± 0.1 that allow to define the two groups of exposure to Anopheles bites. Individuals with ΔODgSG6-P1 < 1.15 were considered as low exposed and individuals with ΔODgSG6-P1 > 1.35 were considered as high exposed to Anopheles bites
