Kaplan–Meier survival curves depicting time until infection post-challenge for mice by administered mAb in protection from parasitaemia studies. For each study, mice (N = 7 each) received 100, 300, or 600 ug of either AB311 or AB317 and were monitored for parasitaemia starting 4 days post-challenge. Survival probability is defined as the fraction of animals remaining parasite free among animals at risk for each the indicated time point. Uninfected animals are denoted by right-censoring after day 7 and the final survival probability corresponds to the proportion of animals infected
