Duplex immunization with CoPoP liposomes does not induce rabbit antibodies with improved function compared to Pfs25 alone. Rabbits were immunized with 20 µg total antigen on day 0 and day 28, then day 58 IgG was purified from pooled sera (n = 4 rabbits per group). The SMFA was carried at indicated IgG concentrations. The error bars indicate 95% confidence intervals
