Monoclonal phage ELISA of OcheA constructs against AMA1 DiCo1-3. The ELISA was carried out with phage supernatants expressed from OcheA constructs in phagemids pRF or pFlx. Constructs containing the stuffer light chain (slc) did not bind to AMA1 DiCo1-3 as opposed to the complete Fab-phage particles. Negative control: Untransformed XL1 blue supernatant
