  1. The library was panned using helper phages M13KO7 in four rounds of panning with increasing washing stringency and decreasing antigen concentration. Input and output titers were titrated throughout four selection rounds. The enrichment from round to round and total enrichment were calculated. The percentage of clones with inserts of the correct size was determined by colony PCR
