Pharmacokinetic profile of a single intravenous and oral dose of SJ733 and SJ311 in mouse, rat and dog. Racemic compounds were used for mouse IV/PO studies. Racemic SJ733 was used in rat IV study and active isomers were used in rat PO study. Only active isomers were used for rat studies for SJ311. Active isomers were used for all the dog studies.
