The expression of different cytokines from γδT cells. Pulmonary cells were stimulated with PMA and ionomycin. The ability of γδT cells to secrete cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-5, IL -6, IL -21, IL -4, IL -1, and IL -17) was detected.
