The origin of IgM+ atypical MBCs revealed by comparison of BCR repertoires between B cell subsets. Similarity between repertoires was calculated as the Morisita-Horn (MH) index, which ranges between a score of 0 (completely dissimilar) and 1 (identical). The non-parametric paired Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to test for statically significant differences in MH-index between pairs of B cell subsets for both children combined.
