The upward trend of the partially (51I/59R/108N/437G, IRNG) and fully resistant (51I/59R/108N/437G/540E, IRNGE) haplotypes is shown over time, except for the super-resistant haplotype (51I/59R/108N/437G/540E/581G, IRNGEG), which is found to exhibit a downward trend. The regression line (dotted line) indicates the trends for each haplotype. The Figure highlights the different efficacy studies that have been carried out in Equatorial Guinea, as well as the changes in treatments until 2020
