Distribution and proportion of malaria cases from 2010 to 2016 in STP. São Tomé and Príncipe is located in the Gulf of Guinea, central west Africa. São Tomé main island consists of six administrative districts, Água Grande, Mé-Zóchi, Lobata, Cantagalo, Lembá, and Caué. Príncipe offshore island is 173 km away from the São Tomé island. Malaria hotspots mainly distribute at the capital district, Água Grande, and its surrounding districts
