  1. Comparison of geomean, ranges and the ratio of parasite density established from qPCR and TBS using paired samples in which both tests were positive. All cases were low parasite density infections that occurred during CHMI. The Ratio was determined by dividing the geomean of qPCR by geomean of TBS (qPCR/TBS). N = 24
