Rationale for log-transformation for GIA50 analyses. A total of 142 human anti-RH5 pAb were tested in 3 independent assays at serial dilutions, and GIA50 (total IgG concentration that gave 50%GIA) was calculated using a 4-parameter sigmoid fit (426 GIA50 data points).
