The impact of deployment policy on the spread of multi-drug resistant malaria: the distribution of multi-drug resistant genotypes at the policies’ end-of-life. MFT and sequential application show similar patterns where most genotypes are not multi-resistant. Combination therapy is qualitatively different as most genotypes at policy end-of-life are multi-resistant. (A) End of life is assumed to occur at 10% resistance. (B) End of life is assumed to occur at 50% resistance.
