Protein statistics shown include molecular weight (MW), average residue weight (ARW), charge, iso-electric point (IP), molar extinction coefficient (MEC), extinction coefficient at 1 mg/ml (EC) and improbability of expression in inclusion bodies (IEIB). SMID (red triangles), Pfam (green bars) and Prosite (yellow bars) hits are graphically indicated along the length of the protein.
